Return policy
Full priced items - eligible for exchange or online store credit

Promotion/sale items - final sale not eligible for return or exchange
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
We don’t refund on change of mind purchases, however we do exchange full priced items within 7 days of the purchase date.
If you are unsure of your bike sizing please come in-store or contact us prior to purchasing.

Conditions of Return/Exchange
Promotional or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. Exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. The exchanged item must be in the original packaging (e.g. shoe box). The receipt or proof of purchase must be shown to continue with an exchange.
Online sale cancellations
Any online order that is placed and cancelled will incur an admin/restocking fee of 10% with a minimum charge of $10.
